Bidding – Projects are competitively bid to sub-contractors. Construction – Full Time on site representation as owner advocate. Project Close Out – Because contractors are directly responsible to Building With Architects we can achieve high quality and timely close out. Post Construction Review - Approximately one year after completion, we visit the site and review what was successful and assist in warrantee items before the one year expiration.
